- Gresh is a Former New England Featherweight Champion under the banner
Reality Fighting.
- some of his accomplishments included a Black Belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu
under Daniel Gracie.
- 2003/2004 NAGA Division Champion.
- Black Belt in Uechi Ryu Karate.
- Black Belt in Hawaiin Kenpo.
Mike Gresh has also trained in Jeet Kune Do "JKD"
